The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is an Australian Medical Council accredited speciality general practice College.

ACRRM is dedicated to rural and remote medicine, and are  committed to delivering sustainable, high-quality health services to rural and remote communities by providing.

The Rural Doctors Association of Australia (RDAA) is the peak member body for rural doctors.

RDAA advocate for rural doctors and their communities, and provide expert advice from a rural perspective on government and regulatory policies, and work to build rural medicine into a career of choice.

The Rural Doctors Foundation (RDF) is a national rural health charity that exists to give those in rural and remote areas better access to lifesaving healthcare.

Our Organisational Partners

The Rural Emergency Responder Network (RERN) is a network of specially trained South Australian rural GPs that attend out-of-hospital emergencies in partnership with the SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) and the MedSTAR retrieval service.

The Sandpiper Bag is the now the mainstay of medical equipment kit for RERN doctors, who report ease of access to equipment and clear labelling of contents, making their work to support rural ambulance and retrieval services so much easier.

This health network has ensured that 15 of their remote hub-and-spoke health facilities have access to a Sandpiper Bag to assist their rural clinicians in emergency and disaster response.
